Requirements

Documentation for registration.

  1. 01Current tax status certificate (RFC) and positive tax compliance opinion from the SAT.
  2. 02Articles of incorporation and power of attorney of the legal representative (legal entities).
  3. 03IMSS employer registration and compliance with labour obligations; REPSE registration where applicable.
  4. 04Cover letter with catalogue of goods or services and experience in the sector.
  5. 05Insurance policies and certifications applicable to the service offered.
