The health and safety of our people are the foundation of the project from its construction. We work under NOM-023-STPS-2012 and our own management system that involves every person, from the surface to the working face.

Continuous training
Mandatory induction, periodic training and competency certification for all staff and contractors.
Equipment and protocols
Personal protective equipment, ventilation, ground support, gas monitoring and emergency protocols with regular drills.
Occupational health
Pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, health surveillance and prevention campaigns.
Reporting culture
Every incident and unsafe condition is reported, investigated and corrected. Any worker has the authority to stop a task they consider unsafe.
